Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Hoffman Legal demand letter website handles information. For information about the firm generally, visit hoffman.legal.
Information you provide
If you submit a request, you provide your name, email address, phone number, the state where the dispute arose, and information about your dispute and the other party. We use this information to review your inquiry, run a conflict check and contact you about your request. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account or card numbers, passwords, medical records or other highly sensitive information through the form.
Information stored in your browser
While you complete the request form, your answers are kept temporarily in your browser’s session storage so they are not lost if the page reloads. This copy stays on your device, is removed when you close the browser tab, and is cleared after a successful submission.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our web hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and operation of the site.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. Information you submit is used by Hoffman Legal to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Request form submissions are delivered to the firm through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, and may also be processed by the provider that hosts this website.
Confidentiality
Submitting information through this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Information sent before a relationship is formed may not be protected in the same way as communications with a client.
