Inquiries and representation

Submitting a request is an inquiry only. It is not an engagement agreement and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Hoffman Legal may decline any matter. Representation begins only after acceptance, a conflict check and a signed engagement agreement, which governs the scope of the representation.

Fees

The $500 fee applies to one attorney-prepared demand letter in a matter accepted for this service. No payment is required to submit a request. Work outside the standard service, including litigation, is not included and requires a separate agreement.

No guarantee

Hoffman Legal does not guarantee any particular result. Sending a demand letter does not stop or extend any statute of limitations or other legal deadline.

Jurisdiction

Hoffman Legal is a Florida law firm. This service is not available for every matter or in every jurisdiction. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
